The fluid used should be compressed air.

2.When there is a lot of condensation:

Compressed air containing a large amount of condensed water can cause poor operation of air pressure equipment. Install the cold dryer and drain collector in front of the filter.

 

3.Drainage management of condensate :

If the condensate of the filter is forgotten to drain, it will flow out from the secondary side, resulting in poor operation of
the air pressure equipment. When drainage management is difficult, it is recommended to use a filter with automatic drainage.
4.About the type of air Compressed air must not contain chemicals, synthetic oils of organic solvents, salts, corrosive gases,
etc., so as not to cause damage and poor operation.

 

Installation Instructions

1.After arrival, keep it properly, avoid rain, and store it in a dry place;
2.It should be installed in the direction of the water flow shown by the arrow of the valve body, and do not install it backwards;
3.It can be installed vertically or horizontally on the pipeline;
4.Flow setting Setting method: Use a special wrench to open the protective screw and rotate the valve stem to adjust the scale line to the corresponding value of the set flow;
5.The flow valve does not have the shut-off function. If necessary, another shut-off valve should be set.
