RUBFLEX reinforced neoprene air tube comes standard with all RUBFLEX water-cooled brake units. Neoprene air tubes react with the utmost accuracy to small pressure changes. It offers no resistance to movement and increases sensitivity.

 

RUBFLEX air-tubes are inherently resistant to corrosion and do not require additional protective treatments. These products are ideal for harsh environmental applications where real-world conditions can severely affect performance and reliability.

 

This design ensures excellent product performance with no need for expensive control packages. Controllability is as easy as a simple pressure control valve and regulator.

    Traditional disk brakes usually experience very high temperatures which can have severely detrimental effects on their performance. To lower these temperatures, the use of fluids such as water is imperative to eliminate much of this friction-generated heat.
